Projec10

Educating students about social justice and financial literacy through fundraising

WHAT IS PROJEC10?

How it all started

Projec10 is an initiative established by Melbournians Sally Treacy and Alisa Pont. This project works together with Opportunity International and aims to empower and educate students about social justice and financial literacy.

Projec10 provide the opportunity for students to become entrepreneurs by using their own $10 to launch their creative business idea. At the end of the project students get their initial capital of $10 while the funds raised are donated to fund other microfinance initiatives abroad.

It's ingenious - we use microfinance to support microfinance!
